About Xavier
Xavier joined our team in 2017 and graduated from Laval University. In January 2024, Xavier joined the firm’s partners. His practice focuses on asset based and equipment financing, on both wholesale and retail levels, on the obtention of securities and guarantees, on the negotiation of inter-creditor agreements,  as well as on commercial litigation covering these areas.

Xavier regularly represents our specialized clients before the various levels of Quebec courts. Xavier is a rigorous lawyer who stands out for his desire to serve our clients efficiently and practically.

Xavier is also a member of the Canadian Finance & Leasing Association’s (CFLA / ACFL) Future Leaders committee.
